                                                  Oh I love smoothies...

Things you’ll need: 

  • Blender 
  •  1 1/4 cups of ice
  • 1/4 cup of blue berries 
  • 1/4 cup of raspberries
  • 1 banana 
  • 4 large strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk of your preferrence 







Just add it all togetherness the blender and enjoy! I love these smoothies because not only are they delicious but they are healthy!! They are filling and they just make your day better!
